The development of skills is a permanent target for Axens,
our activity being highly technical and constantly innovative.
Therefore, a significant share of our personnel cost is dedicated
to employees' continuous training.
Continuous training is organized as follows:
Training for new employees, so that they can acquire
the skills necessary for our jobs: each new employee receives
specific training via teamwork on one hand, courses suited
to his experience, his diploma and his job on the other hand.
Classical employee training, which is decided jointly
by the employee, his hierarchy, the training coordinator and
the training department. Courses that are proposed are then
adapted to the company's job and to career advancement perspectives.
Our jobs are evolving quickly and each of us must always
be in phase with this evolution. This is all the more true
as, in our business domain, technical expertise is the guarantee
to performance.
