Axens training programs are blends of theoretical, practical and in-plant training taught by experts from Axens or the IFP School, an international graduate level training center for the petroleum industry. The programs can be tailor-made to suit specific customer needs and can take place in a variety of locations that include Axens and refinery sites. Retraining programs to ensure smooth operations throughout the lifetime of the plant are offered as staffs, technology and experience change.
