An Axens’ C₅/C₆ isomerization unit at Rosneft Komsomolsk Refinery, Russian Federation, has been successfully put on stream and has met all of its test run performance guarantees.

The 100,000 TPA deisohexanizer recycle isomerization unit boosts the Research Octane Number of the C₅/C₆ Light Naphtha feedstock to 88, producing a sulfur, aromatics and olefin free stream which is an excellent gasoline pool component.
