2002 through the merger of Procatalyse USA and IFP North America. It has
two main offices: Princeton,
New Jersey, and Houston. The
Axens heritage includes HRI (Hydrocarbon Research Inc.) which was
founded in 1943 and acquired by IFP in 1995.
