HDK 776

  • Description:HDC for Middle Distillates & Lube Oil production
  • Characteristics:NiW amorphous Si/alumina
  • Shape:Trilobe Extrudates

HDK 776 is an amorphous hydrocraking catalyst, which is used for the hydrotreatment and the hydrocracking of VGO, LCO coker GO or deasphalted oils.

HDK 776 has been specifically designed to achieve the highest diesel yield, while preserving a long cycle length.

HDK 776 can be used in stacked-bed combination with HRK 558 as a first stage catalyst to reach a very high hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) rate or to improve base oil viscosity index. Combinations of HDK 776 with HRK 558, HYK or HYC series catalysts from Axens are possible, to comply with the various specific requirements of our customers.

In hydrocracking as well as in mild hydrocracking, using HDK 776 alone or in an optimized catalyst arrangement leads to the most selective performance for producing maximum diesel.
