Axens R.O.C. Americas has announced plans to relocate and expand Axens North America, Inc. and Petro-Chem Development Co., Inc. offices to the Republic Square building at 13501 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079.

The move is expected to be finalized by the end of 2024. Axens recently received the fully executed lease that has been signed and approved by upper management in April 2024.

“We are excited about the move. The new location is strategically chosen to be in close proximity to our customers and vendors, allowing for easier access and collaboration,” said Christian Vaute, Head of Axens R.O.C. Americas. “It will also enhance company operations and provide more opportunities for employees to foster innovation as well as demonstrate our commitment to a more sustainable future.”

The office will be situated on a 35-acre scenic setting in the heart of Houston's Energy Corridor. It will have separate entrances along I-10 and Memorial Drive, providing convenient access for employees and visitors. The low-rise office building is constructed with high standards in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.

In addition to its prime location, the office will offer amenities such as parks, wellness centers, retail shops, and childcare facilities for the employees' convenience. The more than 29,634 square foot office space will also accommodate Axens' growing staff and future expansion requirements.
