The 28th Energy Technology Meet (ETM) will take place from 28–30 October 2025 in Hyderabad.
It will focus on “Green Energy Horizons: Advancing Sustainable Refining and Petrochemicals”, bringing together industry experts, R&D professionals, and policy makers for technical sessions, paper/poster presentations and exhibitions.

The Sustainable Aviation Futures APAC Congress (SAF APAC) will be held from 24 to 26 November 2025 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, convening over 400 professionals from airlines, fuel producers, policymakers, and technology firms across the Asia‑Pacific region. Organized to explore regional strategies for scaling sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), the event features more than 80 expert speakers discussing national roadmaps, feedstock innovation, policy frameworks, and investment models. Asia‑TECH 2025 is the Asia Refining & Petrochemicals Tech Forum, a premier downstream event addressing how to meet growing energy demand amid the transition to sustainable fuels and decarbonisation. It is scheduled for 8–9 October 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The conference brings together global industry leaders, technology providers, and operators to explore innovations in feedstock diversification, hydrogen and CCS, SAF deployment, circular economy practices, AI, and energy efficiency

Refining India 2025 is a two-day conference dedicated to India’s expanding refining and petrochemical industries, with sessions on refinery‑petrochemical integration, catalyst technology, process optimization, energy efficiency, AI/digitalisation, and energy transition technologies. It will take place on 22–23 September 2025 at Le Meridien, New Delhi, India. The event brings together senior refinery executives, engineers, policymakers, and global technology providers under the theme of innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.

The Sugar & Ethanol Asia Conference will take place at the Radisson Blu Plaza in Bangkok, Thailand, from September 24–25, 2025.
It brings together industry leaders, ethanol producers, traders, and technology providers across Asia-Pacific to discuss market trends, regulations, and opportunities in biofuels, SAF, and biopolymers.

ChinaReplas is a major international conference and exhibition on plastic recycling held in Ningbo, China, from September 2–5, 2025. It brings together over 300 exhibitors and 10,000 professionals to showcase innovations in mechanical and chemical recycling, sorting, and sustainable materials. The event fosters global collaboration across the plastic recycling value chain.

Plastic Chemicals Recycling Technology and Market Forum 2025 will take place on 17 July 2025 in Guilin, China at the Guilin Dagongguan Hotel.

Power to X and e-Fuels Conference 2025 will take place on 16 July 2025 in Guilin, China at the Guilin Dagongguan Hotel.

The Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) APAC Summit will take place on 16–17 July 2025 in Melbourne, Australia, at the W Melbourne hotel. It brings together over 500 senior industry leaders, including policymakers, airlines, SAF producers, financiers, and tech experts. Over two days, they will discuss scaling the SAF value chain in the Asia-Pacific region, covering regulations, feedstock supply, e-fuels, hydrogen, certifications, and new technologies driving the SAF transition.

The MyAERO Sustainable Aviation Symposium will be held from July 1–3, 2025 in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It focuses on SAF development, decarbonisation, and green aviation technologies. Malaysia aims to begin SAF production by 2027, led by Petronas and EcoCeres. The country plans a 1% SAF mandate by 2027, scaling up to 47% by 2050.
