Our Activities
Our activities include the promotion and sales of technologies, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment and modular skids, along with the associated services for these offerings. Specifically, for catalysts and adsorbents supply, our sales team also covers the South Korea market.
Axens South East Asia provides technical assistance to users of Axens technologies and products as well as expertise for Gas modular skid design, engineering procurement and fabrication.

I first joined Axens in 2004 as a Process Engineer. Over the years, prior to my current position, I have enjoyed the different experience as Project Manager for Biofuel Technology, Technology Manager for conversion technology for the worldwide market, and finally Technology Advisor for the Asia Pacific region. Having close contact with clients by providing support and solution to them and contributing to the professional network in the industry to address technology challenges, transformation, and to prepare energy transition are my main sources of motivation and satisfaction throughout those work positions.
As Managing Director for Axens Regional Operations Centers in Malaysia, my main objective is to ensure Axens’ growth in the region while providing a high standard and motivating work ambiance for all our employees so that they will be able to have the same work satisfaction as I am.


I have been working for Axens SEA since 2014 and ever since, enjoyed overcoming the challenges encountered throughout the many projects involved, dealing with various customers from different regions across the globe. By solving problems arose during the projects, I gained substantial knowledge and priceless experience.
Having delivered these projects successfully, I consider such job satisfaction not easily found elsewhere and has always motivated me to continue striving for more in the years to come in the company.


I provide technical expertise to clients in the Southeast Asian region on Reforming and Isomerization units.
When I'm in the office, I'm monitoring the performance of our clients’ units and catalysts and responding to their inquiries. I enjoy the exposure to unique issues of varying difficulty and the satisfaction of solving them by collaborating with experts from our Axens offices worldwide. Not only that, I have the opportunity to extend my services outside my region by contributing to the major global projects for technical services such as an advanced tool to better serve our customers.
The highlights of my Axens career happen on-site, where I help our clients in commissioning (e.g., P&ID checks, equipment inspections), start-up (e.g., acidizing, catalyst loading), and performance guarantee test run of their units. I also visit the site to provide training or to supervise special activities upon request by the client. The duration for on-site assignment may vary from a few days up to several months – but the experience, knowledge, and network gained are unparalleled.
I appreciate the growth associated with dealing with clients from different cultures and backgrounds. My job has brought me to places from Malaysia and Indonesia to Taiwan and Thailand, and I enjoy being exposed to different cultures during each assignment.
