GreenSinnergy GmbH, a company specialized in green project developments, and Axens, a global provider of technologies and services for the production of cleaner fuels, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore the development of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) projects in Argentina and across Latin America.

Axens, a French industrial mid-sized company specializing in the energy transition, will take part in the Inter-company Solidarity Race organized by the association Special Olympics France, on Thursday June 5, 2025 at Parc des Berges Sud in Lyon starting at 11:30AM. Its teams are sponsored by five-time Paralympic table tennis medalist Maxime Thomas, who supports the group in implementing its disability inclusion policy.

AXENS and RTE initiate a preliminary consultation from May 5 to July 5, 2025

AXENS is carrying out a project for a battery cathode active materials (CAM) plant in Saint-Saulve (59). RTE (France’s electricity transmission system operator) is acting as co-project manager for the connection to the national power grid. Named MACARON, this project will be the subject of a preliminary consultation, organized under the auspices of the National Commission for Public Debate (CNDP), from May 5 to July 5, 2025.

AXENS confirms its establishment in Saint-Saulve, Valenciennes region, northern France.
