Axens to Expand its Sulfur Abatement Portfolio

Axens (Axens North America Inc.) announces that it has on January 4th, 2016 entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) with Scutter Enterprises, L.L.C. to purchase assets and technology related to sulfur removal products. Scutter, based in Chesterfield, Missouri, was created in 2009 and specialized in solid sulfur scavengers for gaseous and liquid streams. The terms of the APA will remain confidential.
