ESF MENA 2025 (Energy & Sustainability Forum) is a key event focused on decarbonising the refining and petrochemicals sector through clean energy, circular economy solutions, and low-carbon technologies. It will take place from 20 to 22 October 2025 in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The forum brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology providers to discuss hydrogen, CCUS, SAF, AI, and energy efficiency.

International Downstream Conference & Exhibition IDCE 2025 focuses on innovation and sustainability in the downstream sector, including refining, petrochemicals, and supply chain. It will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2025, at Exhibition World Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The theme is “Beyond Borders: Creating Value, Innovating Tomorrow’s Downstream,” bringing together global industry leaders.

Refining India 2025 is a two-day conference dedicated to India’s expanding refining and petrochemical industries, with sessions on refinery‑petrochemical integration, catalyst technology, process optimization, energy efficiency, AI/digitalisation, and energy transition technologies. It will take place on 22–23 September 2025 at Le Meridien, New Delhi, India. The event brings together senior refinery executives, engineers, policymakers, and global technology providers under the theme of innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.

The Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) APAC Summit will take place on 16–17 July 2025 in Melbourne, Australia, at the W Melbourne hotel. It brings together over 500 senior industry leaders, including policymakers, airlines, SAF producers, financiers, and tech experts. Over two days, they will discuss scaling the SAF value chain in the Asia-Pacific region, covering regulations, feedstock supply, e-fuels, hydrogen, certifications, and new technologies driving the SAF transition.

The MyAERO Sustainable Aviation Symposium will be held from July 1–3, 2025 in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It focuses on SAF development, decarbonisation, and green aviation technologies. Malaysia aims to begin SAF production by 2027, led by Petronas and EcoCeres. The country plans a 1% SAF mandate by 2027, scaling up to 47% by 2050.

The ACM on SAF & CCUS conference will take place on July 2-3, 2025, in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. It gathers experts from the aviation and energy sectors to explore the development and implementation of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) and Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage (CCUS). The event focuses on policy support, technological advancements, and cross-sector collaboration to drive decarbonization in aviation and heavy industry.

The China Sustainable Aviation Fuel Summit 2025 (CSAFS 2025) takes place on June 11–12, 2025, in Shanghai.
It brings together aviation stakeholders to accelerate the development and adoption of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF).
The event focuses on policies, technological innovations, and partnerships to achieve carbon neutrality in aviation.

The 3rd Annual Advanced Biofuels Forum, organized by Leadvent Group, will take place on May 28–29, 2025, at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This hybrid event aims to address critical challenges in the biofuel industry, including feedstock supply issues, regulatory compliance, and technological advancements.
