Catalytic Reforming

Aromatics are commonly produced by the naphtha reforming route which allows a highly-selective production of valuable aromatics within the aromatics complex.

The reforming unit can be diversely fed with straight-run naphtha or naphtha from any conversion process. Catalytic reforming is the main contributor of aromatics in the petrochemical industry.
