The 7th European Conference “Future of Biofuels 2025” will be held at the Clarion Hotel Post in Gothenburg, Sweden, on 29–30 October 2025, bringing together industry stakeholders across the biofuels value chain to address evolving EU regulations, market trends, and technological innovations. Participants will have the opportunity on 28 October to visit the Södra Cell Värö site near Gothenburg, gaining firsthand insight into sustainable pulp production and industrial processes. The event is designed to deliver in‑depth presentations, case studies, and networking opportunities that support the biofuels sector's adaptation to policy shifts, development of advanced fuels, and decarbonisation strategies.

The Sustainable Aviation Futures APAC Congress (SAF APAC) will be held from 24 to 26 November 2025 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, convening over 400 professionals from airlines, fuel producers, policymakers, and technology firms across the Asia‑Pacific region. Organized to explore regional strategies for scaling sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), the event features more than 80 expert speakers discussing national roadmaps, feedstock innovation, policy frameworks, and investment models. Attendees will engage in high-level panels, networking sessions, and policy dialogues aimed at accelerating aviation decarbonization in APAC.

E-Fuels Conference in Dusseldorf, Germany, from the 5 to 6 November will once again bring together key industry stakeholders from the renewables, fuels, energy and oil & gas industry: including car manufacturers, e-fuel producers, technology providers, consultants and policy advisors.

ESF MENA 2025 (Energy & Sustainability Forum) is a key event focused on decarbonising the refining and petrochemicals sector through clean energy, circular economy solutions, and low-carbon technologies. It will take place from 20 to 22 October 2025 in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The forum brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology providers to discuss hydrogen, CCUS, SAF, AI, and energy efficiency.

Europe E‑Fuels Summit 2025 is a premier hybrid forum gathering industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and innovators to accelerate the development and deployment of synthetic e-fuels from green hydrogen and captured CO₂. It will be held on 14–15 October 2025 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The summit focuses on scaling up e-fuel technologies, sustainable aviation and road transport solutions, regulatory frameworks, and industrial decarbonisation.

The GDA International Downstream Conference & Exhibition 2025 focuses on innovation and sustainability in the downstream sector, including refining, petrochemicals, and supply chain. It will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2025, at Exhibition World Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The theme is “Beyond Borders: Creating Value, Innovating Tomorrow’s Downstream,” bringing together global industry leaders.

Refining India 2025 is a two-day conference dedicated to India’s expanding refining and petrochemical industries, with sessions on refinery‑petrochemical integration, catalyst technology, process optimization, energy efficiency, AI/digitalisation, and energy transition technologies. It will take place on 22–23 September 2025 at Le Meridien, New Delhi, India. The event brings together senior refinery executives, engineers, policymakers, and global technology providers under the theme of innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.

The Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) APAC Summit will take place on 16–17 July 2025 in Melbourne, Australia, at the W Melbourne hotel. It brings together over 500 senior industry leaders, including policymakers, airlines, SAF producers, financiers, and tech experts. Over two days, they will discuss scaling the SAF value chain in the Asia-Pacific region, covering regulations, feedstock supply, e-fuels, hydrogen, certifications, and new technologies driving the SAF transition.

The MyAERO Sustainable Aviation Symposium will be held from July 1–3, 2025 in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It focuses on SAF development, decarbonisation, and green aviation technologies. Malaysia aims to begin SAF production by 2027, led by Petronas and EcoCeres. The country plans a 1% SAF mandate by 2027, scaling up to 47% by 2050.
